Cardiodance is good for all ages, modifications are available. This class is a fun dance aerobic exercise with low impact movements to an array of music. Weights, abs and stretching will be imcorporated.
This calming and powerful class includes a full range of yoga postures and flows with modifications to accommodate everyone. It integrates breath work, deliberate muscle elongation, and toning with careful attention to correct form. No prior yoga experience required.
