Power Yoga

Wednesdays  5:30 pm 

Power Yoga is based off the primary series of Ashtanga Yoga.  The class follows a set sequence of postures, guided by breath, helping the student come into a moving meditation.  

Cardiodance

Cardiodance is good for all ages, modifications are available.  This class is a fun dance aerobic exercise with low impact movements to an array of music.  Weights, abs and stretching will be imcorporated.

An athletic based workout that uses a barbell and weights plates that are adjustable  to work every major muscle group in the body.

This class intends to increase brain pathways to improve balance, strength, and coordination.

A low impact cardio workout with continuous movement through traditional yoga and pilates moves.

Monday 10:00 am

A resistance-based class designed to maintain flexibility, muscle-tone and bone density as we age.  Modifications will be offered for strength and mobility issues.

A class using a step board and free weights for high and low instensity impact.  This class is a combination of Step and Tone/Body Blast classes.

Tai Chi

A class covering the basic concepts  of Tai Chi, including posture, relaxed breathing, and flowing movement.

Tone/body blast

A class using a combination of body weight and equipment to work your entire body.

yoga - flow

Tuesdays 9:00 am 

This calming and powerful class includes a full range of yoga postures and flows with modifications to accommodate everyone.  It integrates breath work, deliberate muscle elongation, and toning with careful attention to correct form.  No prior yoga experience required.

A yoga class for all levels, but great for seniors.  This class will offer modifications for mobility limitations, while working on balance and flexibility.
